Age Limit:
Candidates should not exceed 50 years for S.No 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, 12 and 13 posts, 40 years for S.No 5 (for 1 post reserved for Scheduled Castes Candidates), 7 and 8 posts, 38 years for S.No 5 (for 1 post reserved for OBC Candidates), 35 years for S.No 1, 4 and 11 posts. Relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Masters Degree or M.Sc in relevant fields for S.No 1, 4 post, Degree or Post Graduate diploma for S.No 2, 5 post, Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engg for S.No 3 post, Degree/ Masters Degree in law & a member of a state Judicial Service for a period not less than 13 or 7 years for S.No 6, 7, 8post, Degree or Masters Degree for S.No 9 post, Masters Degree in Hindi for S.No 10 post, Degree for S.No 11 post, BE/ B.Tech or ME/ M.Tech and Ph.D, or equivalent for S.No 12 & 13 posts, in relevant fields & relevant experience for all posts.
Application Fee:
Candidates has to pay Rs 25/- only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card. No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community

Interested and eligible candidates may apply online through the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in.on or before 16-08-2013, after submission of Online Recruitment Application (ORA), take out a printout of the finally submitted Online Recruitment Application & if candidates claiming any experience, then upload experience certificate in a single pdf file that the size file does not exceed 2 MB.
