સમગ્ર પ્રક્રિયા ઓનલાઈન હોવાથી હાલ ઉમેદવારે ફોર્મ કોઈ પણ જગ્યાએ જમા કરવાનું નથી. ઉમેદવારે ફોર્મ પોતાની પાસે સાચવી રાખવાની રહેશે.
ચલન ભરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ ૦૨-૦૮-૨૦૧૪ છે. ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ ૦૪-૦૮-૨૦૧૪ છે.
ખાસ નોંધ :
જે વ્યક્તિઓએ લઘુત્તમ યોગ્યતાના માપદંડ (લાયકાતો) પુરા કરેલ નથી, ઉદાહરણ તરીકે TAT પરીક્ષા નાપાસ થયેલ હોય તેઓ ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષક-સહાયક ની પોસ્ટ માટે અરજી કરવા લાયક ગણાશે નહિ.
સૌપ્રથમ ચલનની નકલ પ્રિન્ટ કરી નિયત ફી SBI ની કોઈપણ શાખામાં ભરવી, ત્યારબાદ ચલન ભર્યાના લીસ્ટમાં ઉમેદવારના નામનો સમાવેશ થયા બાદ જ અરજીપત્રક ભરી શકાશે (ફી ભર્યા બાદ ઓછા માં ઓછા ૪૮ કલાક બાદ ઉમેદવાર પોતાનું નામ લીસ્ટમાં જોઈ શકશે.)
SEBC ઉમેદવારો માટે: તારીખ ૦૧-૦૪-૨૦૧૩ થી ૩૧-૦૩-૨૦૧૪ સમયગાળાની આવકને ધ્યાને લઈને નોનક્રીમીલીયાર સર્ટીફીકેટ (પરિશિસ્ટ-ક) તા. ૦૧-૦૪-૨૦૧૪ પછીની તારીખનું ગુજરાતીમાં મેળવેલ માન્ય ગણાશે.
આ સર્ટીફીકેટ ન ધરાવતા ઉમેદવાર નો સમાવેશ General Category માં કરવામાં આવશે. તેવા ઉમેદવારોએ બિનઅનામત માટેની ચલનની પ્રિન્ટ કરી જરૂરી ફી ભરવાની રહેશે.
જે ઉમેદવારોએ ૨૦૧૧ અને ૨૦૧૪ માં લેવાયેલ બંને TAT પરિક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત થયેલ હોય તેઓએ બંને ટાટ નંબર ચલન અને અરજીપત્રકમાં આપવાના રહેશે.
